These precision machined swivel wheel assemblies can rotate 360 degree's and have a weight capacity of 250 lbs each. These are the second generation of our very popular Smooth Pro 360 swivel wheel assemblies. The top plate is mounted with threaded screws giving you a flat mounting surface. This eliminates the need to counter-bore holes to accomodate the protruding nuts as needed in the first generation. We have also offset the wheels ever so slightly. They are still close together giving you that tight turning radius, but offset just enough so that when rolling across a joint in the track only one wheel makes contact with the seam at a time, greatly reducing the transfer of any unwanted motion. The wheels are made from polyurethane so they are strong and durable, but still give you that soft smooth feel. These new and improved swivel wheel assemblies give you the ability to fabricate a professional grade camera platform to your own proprietary specifications. They are machined to a tolerance of .005 ( 5 thousandths ) of an inch and assembled with pride.
